ProperPaisa is a loan comparison and facilitation platform that helps individuals identify suitable loan products from partner banks and Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs). We are not a bank, lender, or financial institution. We do not lend money, accept deposits, or process loan repayments.

Our role is that of a Loan Service Provider (LSP) / digital intermediary as defined under RBI Digital Lending Guidelines (2022). All credit decisions are made solely by the respective regulated lending institutions.

By using our services, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You are a resident citizen of India
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• The information you provide is accurate, complete, and up-to-date
• You are not using our services for any unlawful purpose

ProperPaisa provides the following services at no charge to borrowers:

• Loan product comparison across personal loans, home loans, business loans, car loans, and loan against property
• EMI calculation tools and eligibility assessment
• Connecting borrowers with partner lenders for loan offers
• Advisory support through phone, WhatsApp, and in-person at our offices
• Assistance with loan documentation and application

Free Gold Coin and Processing Fee Refund offers are subject to loan disbursal through ProperPaisa and applicable terms communicated at the time of disbursal. These are promotional benefits and not guaranteed entitlements.

All loan interest rates, eligibility criteria, processing fees, and product details displayed on our platform are indicative and subject to change by the respective lenders without notice. Actual loan terms including the sanctioned amount, rate, and tenure are determined solely by the lender at the time of final approval.

ProperPaisa does not guarantee:

• That any loan application will be approved by any lender
• Any specific interest rate or loan amount
• The accuracy, completeness, or currency of information provided by third-party lenders
• Continuous availability of the website or services

EMI calculations provided by our calculator are estimates only. Actual EMIs depend on the lender's computation method, disbursement date, and applicable charges.

When using our platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information in all forms and communications
• Not submit applications using false identities or on behalf of others without authorisation
• Not use automated tools, bots, or scraping technologies to extract data from our platform
• Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or data
• Not use our services to harass, defraud, or harm any third party
• Notify us promptly if you become aware of any misuse of your information

By submitting your contact details through any form on our platform, you expressly consent to be contacted by ProperPaisa and/or our partner lenders via:

• Telephone calls (including automated or pre-recorded calls)
• SMS messages
• WhatsApp messages
• Email communications

This consent supersedes any DND (Do Not Disturb) registration you may have with your telecom provider, as permitted under applicable TRAI regulations for financial services. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.

Our platform links you with independent third-party lenders. ProperPaisa is not responsible for the acts, omissions, or policies of these lenders. Any loan agreement you enter into is strictly between you and the lender. We encourage you to review the lender's own terms, KFS (Key Facts Statement), and privacy policy before accepting any loan offer.

We do not endorse any specific lender or loan product. The inclusion of a lender on our platform does not constitute a recommendation.

All content on properpaisa.com including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software is the property of ProperPaisa or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ProperPaisa and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform
• Decisions made by lenders regarding your loan application
• Loss of data, revenue, or business arising from platform downtime or errors
• Actions or omissions of third-party lenders or service providers

Our aggregate liability in any event shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us for services (if any) in the preceding 12 months.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ProperPaisa and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bahadurgarh, Haryana.

We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any dispute amicably before initiating legal proceedings.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced on our website. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
